For the 2012-2013 season, changes have happened in the structure of the Bandits Youth Foundation, Inc.
The board as it had existed now consists of President Ron Roberts, Interim Treasurer Jay Mills and Interim Secretary Bruce Fenimore. Other voting members include Gary Achor, Randall Shepherd, Bryan Ramsey, and Pat Taylor.
In addition, the Advisory Committees have been identified as Coaches Committee, Player Development, Parent Affairs, Registration, Fundraising, Finance, Public Relations / Nominations / Awards, Concessions, and Facilities Maintenance. At least one member of the board will serve as a representative to communicate information to and from the board and these committees. Parents, if your player is a member of the Bandits, please get involved with one of these committees.
Currently, the position of Baseball and Softball Affairs Director is vacant.
With the structure of the foundation, the goal should be seen as allowing for more clear communication, more opportunities, and more involvement throughout the club's membership.
On behalf of the board, please embrace this structure that is intended to improve youths of all ages through the sport for which the board has an incredible passion. They, along with the other board members, look forward to this year and hope that you do too!
