Indiana Bandits Baseball Club

Effective with the beginning of the 2011-2012 season, changes have happened in the structure of the Bandits Youth Foundation, Inc.
 
The board as it had existed now consists of President Jeff Farren, Vice President Cliff Johnson, Treasurer Wayne Deno, Secretary Steve Banton, Baseball Representative Bruce Fenimore, and Softball Representative David Wasson.  Other voting members include Gary Achor, Ron Roberts, Tami Adams, Jay Mills, and Bryan Ramsey.  The only non-voting member is Kyle Gibson.
 
In addition, the Advisory Committees have been identified as Coaches Committee, Player Development, Parent Affairs, Registration, Fundraising, Finance, Public Relations / Nominations / Awards, Concessions, and Facilities Maintenance.  At least one member of the board will serve as a representative to communicate information to and from the board and these committees.  Parents, if your player is a member of the Bandits, please get involved with one of these committees.
 
Currently, the position of Baseball and Softball Affairs Director is vacant. 

With  the structure of the foundation, the goal should be seen as allowing for more clear communication, more opportunities, and more involvement throughout the club's membership.
 
On behalf of President Farren, please embrace this structure that is intended to improve youths of all ages through the sport for which the board has an incredible passion.   They, along with the other board members, look forward to this year and hope that you do too!
