Although the document states "for 9U to 14U teams," it is generally intended for all age groups for games - regular as well as tournament. Also included is either specific or implied information on admissions, parking, pets (confined to parking lot unless accompanying the disabled), no alcohol, designated smoking area (parking lot only), team coolers (one allowed, all others are $30 each), and use of the indoor facility.
The on site Bandits coach or board member is the highest authority regarding any disputes.
